Tonight I played my last game. I’m so thankful for my team and making my last year memorable. 🤍

To the person who wears #12 next: I was never the best player on the court but I gave everything I had. I stayed positive and tried to encourage my teammates. But wear that jersey with pride, be the most encouraging player on the court. Support your teammates, they’re your family.

To my teammates: I am so blessed to play volleyball with y’all most of my volleyball seasons. I will miss you all so much and sharing all of memories on the bus rides. We all shared the love of this game together, that will be the thing I remember most.

To my supporters and coaches: Thank you for always encouraging me no matter the situation. Thank you for pushing me to do my absolute best. I have been blessed with the best supporters and coaches the past years. Thank you for everything.

And to my Seniors: When we first started playing Volleyball there were exactly six of us. No one ever left the court. Now they’re four of us left that continued on playing or stayed in school at Avery. Thank you all for staying with this sport. I am grateful to grow up playing volleyball with y’all.

Club Volleyball: Club helped me grow as a player. I learned how to play as a team with people I did not know all that well. Playing year round helped me improve. I’m thankful for this opportunity as well.

Now Avery: I am proud to say I was a volleyball player from Avery High School. It is such a small town and not many people know where it is. This town is the best place I could have ever grown up in. Knowing everyone and getting the opportunity to participate in the athletic program is amazing. Not many people in bigger cities get to experience this. Thank you everyone for all of the memories and joy playing for this team.

Your #12
