It has taken me a while to put out my own thoughts on how I feel in what's going on in our world and in the black community. I have been reposting other people's thoughts and feelings and just let that speak for it self. But I know I also have a voice and need to share what's been on my heart with all this. My words aren't gonna be perfect and It might not make a whole lot of since lol but I'm just gonna type. / everything was different for me when I clicked the video of Ahmaud Arbery getting killed. I was filled with so much confusion and I felt my whole body collapsed when he collapsed on the ground. I needed my eyes to see that though, as much as I hate to see that. I had to open my life to this world that is full of hate and people that are evil. I am person that loves people and sees the good in humans and don't want to think that there are bad people in the world. But I have to open my eyes and know that we live in a sinful world and not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows all the time. Watching that video was not a movie it wasn't fake it was REAL, it was a real human that had a soul getting shot for just the color of his skin. Like I live in a world we're people don't like people because of there freaking skin color LIKEEEEEE I CANT. In the end of 2019 I prayed a prayer for 2020 to God and I said lord BREAK MY HEART FOR WHAT BREAKS YOURS, and I'm telling you he has shown me what breaks his heart. For me it all started with the tornado in my home city of Nashville. People's lives getting taken away and losing there home it hurt me to the core. And then seeing the hurt of black innocent lives get taken away buy another humans hate for them. Ughhh the lord has shown me what truly hurts him in ways I can't comprehend. I thank God for people like @jeremycowart that show the love of Jesus through the gifts that he is able to give for people. This project was A POWERFUL ONE. / “Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness.”

When archaeologists in Norway recently received a message from a hiker about a possible ancient artifact that had emerged from the melting ice in the Jotunheim Mountains, they rushed into action. The weather forecast called for snow later that day, and they knew that if they waited too long, an invaluable piece of history could be lost forever. And when they arrived at the site, they were astonished to find an ancient leather sandal. They dated it to 300 C.E. and noted that it followed the fashion of sandals worn in the Roman Empire during that same time period.
